1. Work out 4 times a week - I need to at least get my body moving 4 times a week to get my body back healthy. I also want to incorporate mini workouts during my day like squats while brushing my teeth or lifting the full laundry basket as weights.
2. Wake up early (or earlier) while on vacation - yes I am all about sleeping in while on vacation but the last few days I've slept till 9:30 and it just throws my day all off. I'd like to get up at 6:30 to get in a workout while on vacation before hubby goes off to work and 7:30 on days that I don't workout.
3. Read two non-school books this month - I'm going for my masters degree an often feel guilty if I'm not reading something that have to do with my class. However, I've always loved to read. I just got this book from our local library. I think it's more of a young adults book but it looked really interesting.
Wish me luck!!

since being in school myself finding time to read books for "fun" has been difficult. Good luck!
I homeschool my daughters, and often felt that if the books I read didn't deal directly with homeschooling and/or improving my life in some way...then I shouldn't be "wasting" my time with them.
Yet, all through childhood through pre-homeschooling years I loved reading.
Last year, I did read 1 fiction book per week. What a wonderful experience! This year, I'm reading 1 non-fiction book/inspiring story about animals per month.
Enjoy reading! It's a wonderful break from the more serious things. :)
Your goals are very good...and I look forward to reading your updates each week.
sounds like some awesome goals- I totally get the reading thing - I either read homeschool stuff or childrearing stuff- right now I'm reading a murder mystery & loving it!
Great goals - so glad that you are jumping in with 3in30!!
I've been on a fiction kick - with some fun titles I got from the library!
